The founder story

Vittorio Micaelian is a university student and competitive student athlete who has always operated at full speed — balancing academics, sport, and an entrepreneurial drive that refused to sit still. While working as a Product Manager at a fast-growing SaaS company, he witnessed firsthand the dysfunction that plagues support operations at scale: tickets piling up, engineers pulled in without context, and a mountain of customer call data that nobody had the time or tools to act on.

"Every support call is a data point. The problem is, most companies throw that data away the moment the call ends. I wanted to build something that turned every single conversation into institutional intelligence."

Rather than wait until after graduation, Vittorio made the decision to leave his PM role and build the solution himself. The core insight was clear: the phone call is the richest, most underutilized source of product and customer intelligence that companies have. Voice carries urgency, emotion, and specificity that no ticket form can capture.

Driven by that conviction, he assembled a focused team of AI researchers, infrastructure engineers, and support veterans. They spent months building and iterating in close partnership with real support teams — stress-testing every part of the system against the chaos of real-world operations. The result: an AI first responder that doesn't just answer phones, but builds a living, queryable picture of a product's health.

Today, PurplePulse AI is setting its sights on transforming support operations across more than 200 companies in industries ranging from lean startups to enterprise engineering organizations. The technology that once required a team of analysts now runs automatically, in the background, on every single call.
